The PP-H completes the workflow with high-speed vacuum brazing designed for consistent and repeatable production.
Featuring the largest chamber in its class, the PP-H provides significantly greater loading capacity, allowing manufacturers to braze more diamond tools in a single cycle. This larger chamber capacity helps increase production throughput while reducing the number of cycles required for high-volume manufacturing.
Its clean, flux-free process eliminates the need for post-brazing cleanup while helping manufacturers achieve shorter cycle times and stable brazing quality. The PP-H also features an MID Energy Meter for precise energy monitoring, along with remote access and data collection capabilities to support process monitoring, diagnostics, and operational efficiency.
